A real Community Effort – World Environment Day

We had a great get-together to the benefit of Kromme Enviro-Trust who is at the head of nature conservation in the St Francis Bay community. We hosted their annual fund-raising golf day this weekend and the result was magnificent. Thanks to 84 golfers and numerous local sponsorships, we were able to raise just over R60 000 towards a new wildlife sanctuary. This facilities aim is to nurse injured and stressed animals and reintroduce them to the wild. Thanks to everyone who gave time and resources to this great cause. It was so impressive to see how our greater community, members and locals, filled the field. Volunteers were on every tee to hand out great quiz questions to all who played on the day. The questions, themselves, were entertaining and educational! The ladies in Pink won the quiz!

Dear Jeff,
A massive thank you from Warren, me and the whole Enviro-Trust for the support.
It was a very successful day in every respect, starting with the weather and going on through the number of golfers, the relaxed happy vibe and the wonderful support given by sponsors and donors.
We don’t yet know the bottom line, but it looks as if we made over R60 000 towards the wildlife sanctuary and that is a huge achievement.
We couldn’t do it without you and your team. Thank you.
All the best
Maggie

Property Sales are booming and Pam Golding shared a great video

At St Francis Links, we have now transferred more than 60 properties this year with 40+ pending. I am told that more than 200 families have moved to St Francis Bay and its surroundings resulting in increased numbers of kids in our schools, increased business in our town and welcomed investment!

Our future Champions – Junior Update!

As an 11-year old, Shaun Viljoen is now competing with the Under-13’s and still winning – 74 Gross at Wedgewood on Sunday!

The Return of ELS for Autism (with limited spots)

The Els for Autism has grown in stature and also in demand to participate! with Covid19 protocols in place, there are limited spots available for this year’s returning event! The gifts for the players probably exceed the entry fee. Jendermaark returns this year, as well, as the premier sponsor for the day. We thank Sieg Lokotsch in advance, for his generous support!
