Words cannot express our heartfelt appreciation to you and your team for the amazing organisation of Kath and Brian’s wedding last Saturday. It is hard to think it is a week ago already. Although you have been an event co-ordinator for many years, you gave both Rodger and me the feeling that ours was the most special wedding that you had ever organised! Nothing was too much trouble and every tiny detail was dealt with. Thank you for arranging a magnificent venue. It looked like a fairy tale – elegant and romantic. Mike kept hordes of revellers on the dance floor for every single track and Brad and Cherie were unobtrusive, but recorded every nuance. Your staff were professional to the nth degree. There was always someone available with a smile whenever needed, whatever the time. Thank you for arranging the replacement of the gazebo at such short notice, and for suggesting Wilma and Rene, who also went the extra mile to make the flowers exactly like Kath’s picture. The rehearsal made us realise just how important timing and attention to detail is. Things that would never have occurred to us, were planned and executed seamlessly. George was also very grateful to have a co-ordinator of your calibre! The food was the best I have ever tasted at a wedding! I took Werner a photo of the cake and he was VERY impressed with the way you had set it out. He had not seen it done quite that way before. Comments from those who were there, young and old alike, are that it is the best wedding they have been to for MANY years. THANK YOU for your huge part in the success and excitement.     The whole operation of organizing and planning the wedding was made so perfect by your incredible attention to detail and competence. I have never worked with any one as organized and meticulous regarding everything and every detail. It was a fairy tale wedding for our whole family and friends but more for Philip and Phillipa, who lust loved every moment of their own wedding. It was an absolute pleasure to work with you and your team from start to end and you can happily rate your self high up their with the best of wedding planners.     All I can say is THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! We had an absolutely amazing wedding and it was all thanks to you and your amazing team. We couldn’t have asked for anything more and yet we were surprised at every turn at how attentitive you were to all our needs. All your suggestions before the day were spot-on, Mike the DJ kept every one dancing and Rev Philipp was great. On the day it was no different, from suggesting the Petal throwing on the steps to your Waiters and Waitresses remembering what Guests were drinking and making sure they were always enjoying the Wedding with a drink in hand. We had an awesome time and so did our guests. We’ve had compliments on everything. The View, the Tables, The entire Venue, the Music, The Weather (I wouldn’t be surprised if you had something to do with that as well) and of course the delicious Menu. When you imagine what your wedding will be like one day you always imagine it being perfect and all I can say is that it went far beyond anything we could’ve imagined or dreamt of. Everything worked out so well and any faults were minor if not non-existent. Even when we tried to think of any problems we were stumped, we couldn’t have asked for more. You were instrumental in ensuring a day that Alex and I will remember for the rest of our lives together and I’m sure our friends and family will also remember our Wedding Day for many many years to come.     As you said WHAT A WONDERFUL WEDDING. Nothing was too much trouble for you & all the staff. They could not have been more helpful, from having to “make a plan” to tier the wedding cake, to helping with giant baskets & fairy lights. The atmosphere was lovely & the photos have shown so much enjoyment in not only the Bride & Groom’s faces but all the guests too. The serviettes were beautiful done by the staff to the Brides request. St Francis Bay is so very fortunate having a venue like the Links Club with you & your team at the helm or should I say the 19th hole.
