Can you spare your House or your bedrooms?
Our great Professionals and their Professional Caddies need houses and beds. I am reaching out to all area residents who might want to rent space or host players during the SDC Championship next month.
The Cape St Francis Resort is the tournament’s host hotel but may not have enough space for all involved – Players, Caddies, VIPS, Television support, volunteers and spectators.
In America, it is common for the players to stay with residents or in locals’ homes. Jacques Blaauw, the player’s representative on the Sunshine Tour, played in America last year and expressed how appreciative the players were to have a bed and a shower.
The amount of exposure the community will receive from this event will be like no other we have had before. There will be inserts in the television coverage that will showcase all of our fantastic attractions, destinations and special events.
So many local businesses will benefit from the exposure the event will generate.
Whether you own an accommodation establishment, a rental property or have spare rooms, please let me know and I will share the information with the Sunshine Tour and the DP World Tour through their players’ media channels.
Please email me directly – j.clause@stfrancislinks.com
Let’s make this one for the memory books! If we do this right, players will bring their families and friends with them. Everyone is a winner!

Good afternoon,
Please see attached.
You are invited, along with any property owners, to attend this talk at the Links. With the new general valuation roll being released at the end of this month, property owners (residential, agri and business) will find this talk informative. Lientjie is so knowledgeable, and it will assist in determining whether objections should be lodged, as well as how.
