| A Thrilling Pro-Am, Perfect Weather and Awesome Activations on the Course! |
| We kicked off PGA Championship Week in spectacular fashion with an unforgettable Pro-Am event on Tuesday, 19th November 2024, setting the tone for an exciting week!
The weather couldn’t have been better, with sunny skies, warm temperatures, and uncharacteristically calm winds—providing the perfect backdrop for our players to showcase their skills and our guests to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of St. Francis Links. |

| Our Pro-Am participants enjoyed a day filled with friendly competition, camaraderie, and top-tier golfing talent. The atmosphere was electric as amateurs teamed up with professionals, making for some truly memorable moments on the course.
But that’s not all—our Awesome activations throughout the day added an extra layer of excitement and engagement. From interactive fan experiences to exclusive sponsor activations, there was something for everyone to enjoy!
We were also thrilled to welcome Mr. Andrew Whitfield, the Deputy Minister of Trade, Industry and Competition, as well as Mayor Hattingh Bornman, Kouga Executive Mayor.
This fantastic start to PGA Championship Week has set the stage for what promises to be an exhilarating few days of world-class golf.

| Not every accomplishment has to be a win in an event. Sometimes they’re personal accomplishments. Breaking 100 for the first time. Writing down a score in the 80s. Achieving a single figure handicap. Of course winning an event is also nice. |

| You don’t have to stop learning. You shouldn’t stop improving. It’s an opportunity to experience real joy. Embrace the qualities of a child and start a journey ‘assuming’ you can be better. Approach playing golf like they do. Get out late one afternoon and play 9-holes like you were a child again.

| Have you ever considered how much better your scorecard would be without any 3-putts? How often is your second putt from outside 3 feet? |

| If you want to remove 3-putts, then speed control is critical. Shift your pre-round practice routine to prioritise distance control. Dedicate time putting to the collar of the practice green. Gradually increase the distance with each putt. Focus on your putts ending up against the collar. Perfect speed is the key. When your putts have ideal pace, even your misses will end up closer to the hole. |

| Speed control is often a consequence of a good putting technique. It’s one of the subjects in our ‘Break 85 Coaching Program’. Speed control sounds boring. But there’s nothing boring about shooting in the low 80s. |
